What is the cash back service?

Cash back is a new service for cash withdrawals with ATEbank Visa, ATEbank Visa Gold and ATEbank Visa Electron along with your purchases at the super market or a department store.

Which are the benefits for you?

• You won't need to look for an automatic teller machine (ΑΤΜ) or a bank branch every time you need a small amount of cash.

• Now, there are many more spots for cash advance.

• You are not charged with any cash advance fees.

• You gain time by doing two things at the same time - your shopping and cash advance.

• Cash advance in a store is secure, easy and convenient.

• With cash back service you can benefit from an up to 50 days interest - free period (like with your purchases) if you repay your dept in full, whilst if you don't pay the full amount you get the purchase interest rate.

How does it work?

• After you finish your purchases and you are ready to pay, ask from the cashier the cash back service (purchase is inevitable requirement for the use of the service).

• You can ask € 10 to € 50 per day in cash (this amount is counted in your card's cash advance daily and monthly limit).

• You will be asked to sign for the total amount on the receipt.

• The cash back service amount and the total amount of the transaction will appear separately on your receipt.

• Make sure you have been given the correct amount of cash before you leave the store.

Where is the cash back service available?

At the moment it is exclusively available at the corporate branches of ΑΒ Vassilopulos all over Greece. Gradually it will expand in other selected super markets and department stores where there is the cash back sign at the store window or at the cashier's desk.
