- Solemn protestation of the law Ν. 1599/86 about company being responsible to declare any change made at the memorandum of association

- Company's contract

- List of the binding person's signature patterns

- Conclusion statement made at the tax office the last 2 years

- Solemn protestation of the law Ν. 1599/86 about company being responsible to declare any change made at the company's contract


All the above requirements must be lately certified and bear the company's stamp
